Showroom
By far the best way to appreciate our range to see it for yourself. A selection of our products are on display in the Gallery at the Broadwindsor Craft & Design Centre, which is  open all week 10.00am - 5.00pm.  The Craft Centre is a wonderful place to visit, with lots of things to see, there is also a great restaurant serving homemade food.

Visit the Forge
As the business has developed and work has picked up we are not always at the Forge, so if you would like to visit the Forge please telephone first to see when we will be there.

Special Requirements
We are happy to be able to offer a bespoke service. You may require a table to be slightly longer or wider or candelabra with more candles. We will also make items to your own design. Whatever your personal requirements, please contact us to discuss them further. 

Certificate of Authenticity
Each item from a limited edition is given a unique number and a certificate of authenticity. 

Guarantee
Please note:- All our products are are designed for indoor use, unless otherwise stated  Due to the materials our products are made from they may rust if used in damp environments. A care sheet is given with all our items. Providing our guidelines are followed our metal work carries a 3-year guarantee, during which time we will either repair or replace any item at our discretion. 

Data Protection
Lyme Bay Forge would like to state that all customer's personal details held on our computer are protected under the conditions of the Data Protection Act. It is our policy not to release customer details to any bureau or agencies.

Availability
All of our items are custom made to order, We endeavor to complete all orders within 2 to 6 weeks, however, during busy periods this may not be possible We will advise you of an expected completion date within one week of receipt of order Please note that bespoke items may take a little longer for us to produce, an approximate lead time will be given with any quotation. 

Delivery
Your order will be carefully packed.  Delivery is free of charge within a 20 mile radius of our forge and on most orders over £250.00(UK mainland).  Outside this area there are banded charges, please ask for specific prices.

Terms
On bespoke items a third of the total price is required to secure the order and the balance payable one week prior to completion. 

Payment
We accept most major credit cards. 
 

We reserve the right to modify our designs and materials without prior notice in order to continue our product improvements. As each item is individually made, all sizes quoted are approximate.
